Why I ask myself?...the opportunity to progress from waitress to restaurant manager, or perhaps of working within a team to provide exceptional restaurant service to our customers, be they celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying the company of friends. Perhaps the opportunity to train others and the sense of pride and purpose I get from knowing I am part of Scottish tourism. I think it is the combination of these reasons that makes my job rewarding'.

We are able to offer a number of non-supervisory, short-term, placements for both students and people travelling to the UK from abroad, throughout the year. The majority of our placements, which are available in the areas of Restaurant, Reception, Housekeeping and Portering, are for a preferred minimum of six months.
