The Team

Pirmin was recently promoted from Assistant Manager to General Manager at Channings, after rejoining the company in Februrary 2007. He previously worked for our sister hotel The Bonham as Food and Beverage Manager from January 2001 - May 2003. Throughout his career Pirmin has helped to improve the standard, training and profitability of a number of luxury hotels and has successfully project managed the opening of a deluxe boutique hotel in Aberdeen.

At Channings Pirmin leads a team of 40 employees and is responsible for ensuring every department of the hotel is ran smoothly and efficiently.

Skinny, efficient, upbeat, showing creativity with my desk layout, never bored     

4. What talent or skill would you most like to have?
Having a shower and getting dressed while still in bed. Flying like superman 

5. What is the best thing to do on a rainy Sunday afternoon?
Going out and enjoy the elements with the kids before having a cosy dinner with friends
 
6. What is your favourite film?
The black and white ones I have seen as a wee boy with my sister, sneeking down at night and indulging in chocolate and sweeties which were hidden from us

7. What do you love?
Not much I don't, maybe the unexpected and surprises, life itself, the little things, (See further down, my wife because she never complains about changing the side she sleeps in)

8. What do you hate?
Routine, I change the side of the bed I sleep on every night
